Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the public WordHaven website operated by Melcom Group Ltd., organized in Alberta, Canada. By using this site or submitting a beta-access request, you agree to these terms.

The current public experience

WordHaven’s public site currently accepts requests for possible private-beta access only. Submitting a request does not guarantee admission, service availability, an admission date, response timing, or future pricing.

No manuscript service, checkout, purchase, subscription, paid deliverable, or paid access entitlement is offered through this public shell. Any future commercial offer would require separate terms and your explicit agreement.

Beta-access requests

Provide accurate information and submit only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit a manuscript or confidential book material through the access-request form. We may accept, decline, defer, or close a request at our discretion.

How we collect and use access-request information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, violate another person’s rights, or use the site in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The WordHaven name, site, design, software, and public materials belong to Melcom Group Ltd. or its licensors. You may use the public site only for its intended purpose.

Availability and liability

The public site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WordHaven is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this public site.

Changes and governing law

We may update this site or these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
