Deimira Baidoo founded Wordhaven to help people turn valuable experience into finished books and to give authors clearer evidence before they publish. Deimira’s product philosophy is that AI should remove blank-page friction, organize information, and surface useful patterns without silently replacing an author’s judgment or flattening their voice.

• Reader panels are simulated AI personas, not human beta readers.
• Reader-test scores and completion dates are forecasts and decision support, not guarantees.
• Scheduling, dependencies, availability, completed-work preservation, and history use deterministic calculations wherever possible.
• AI is reserved for interpretation, prioritization, transcription, and brief coaching language where it adds value.
